Who's TV Apartment Would You Like To Live In

Mrs Scruff and I have decided that we’d like to live in the B&B in Warehouse 13. Winderful mix of old-world charm and American gothic

I’d take the office from Psych (I’m pretty sure that Sean lives in the back).

A million times ditto.

Barney’s apartment from HIMYM is really nice, although I don’t want his red-lit bookshelf of porno. But I also like Marshall and Ted’s apartment, has a homey feel.

Honestly, almost every apt on TV is awesome. Will and Grace’s for sure, Frasier and Niles’ are gigantic, love the nerdy apt of Leonard and Sheldon on BBT, Dexter’s beachfront digs, all of them.

I second Giles’s apartment in BtVS (I especially love the door). I also nominate House’s apartment in House, M.D. Oooh, and Castle’s apartment in Castle might beat them all.

Would you believe I don’t even own a TV?

My choices, limiting it to just apartments and not houses:

  • Frasier Crane’s apartment.
  • Doogie Howser’s warehouse loft
  • Laura Holt’s loft in Remington Steele
  • Duncan MacLeod’s warehouse loft in Highlander
  • Dr. House’s apartment
  • The fancy apartment that the guys on *Taxi *got for one episode (I don’t remember the details, but that thing was gorgeous. All I remember was that the table in the living room had blue track lighting underneath it. Very late 70s/early 80s chic).

Edit: You can see the Taxi apartment at about 6:00 in this clip.

Yeah. I could live there.

I was going to post “first season”: it has more of the cool but quirky elements found in older NYC apartments, like a back entrance leading to a service stairwell and elevator, and a dumbwaiter.

Apartment: another nod to Frasier Crane.

House: I’ve always been partial to the Stephens’ place in Bewitched.

Not to mention six kids sharing one bathroom. The guy was an architect and that was the best he could do? I know an architect and his house is sweet.

I want to move…on Up
To the east side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.

It had 4 toilets in that apartment.

I remember seeing that somewhere online (the plans), but I can’t find a link. I’ll have to look tomorrow.

I’d take it in a heartbeat.
