Not getting everything out? Hmmmm…I had that problem long ago, and it was a constricted urethra. Easily corrected (dilated) while I was “out” and I went home later that same day.
Frequent urination can be caused by a lot of things. If you’re drinking a lot of coffee then thats one likely explanation.
Some things to consider, when you do urinate do you produce full volume? Or is it just a little trickle or a small amount?
Do you have difficultty initiating urination?
When you finish do you still have the sensation of needing to go?
Do you have to go during the night? If so how many times?
If you answered no to all of the questions then its probably the coffee. Otherwise it could be anything from a urinary tract infection to prostatitis. Just go to the Doctor, all you need to do is pee in a cup to figure out whats up.
Where did you get that idea? New onset diabetes can be silent, or have only one or two vague symptoms. Increased urination coupled with increased thirst is a common indicator. Sugar in the blood stream is hyperosmolar, meaning it pulls water out of the tissue, which is then peed out. The tissue is dehydrated, so asks for more water. The blood stream in fluid overloaded, so sends the excess to the kidneys.
The other common symptom of uncontrolled diabetes is fatigue, but headaches aren’t that common.
You didn’t mention your age. If your over 40, you could have an enlarged prostate, which can restrict flow.
If you drank lots of soda with sugar in it before, you may have been chronicly dehydrated. Now that you aren’t taking in as much sugar, your out put may be normal now, and abnormal in the past. There would be a change in the color (concentration) of your urine, if this its a hydration issue.
With so little information and so many possible variables, there’s no way to say what is really going on. Except, that it ISN’T the weather.
If it continues to be a problem, see your healthcare provider.
I am diabetic and never got headaches after eating sugar…now I get headaches the day after a carbfest, as I am accustomed to a way lower carb consumption pattern now.
Get a blood test. Diabetes can sneek up on you. My husband didn’t know he had it until he had an ingrown toenail that wouldn’t heal. He consumed alot of sugar, and never had any effects from it.
In all seriousness, kill you, via complications or ketoacidosis. Or, before it does, cause life-changing complications such as blindness, kidney failure, early onset heart disease, sensitivity to massive deadly infections, neuropathy, intestinal and stomach problems, and…well shit, it’s just a whole barrel full of monkeys worth of fun.
