The ranking of Cainites depends on their generation. The best way is to test what disciplines she can use and/or what her blood pool is. If, for instance, you can soak six points of aggravated damage a round but she can only soak five, you can be (relatively) certain that you are closer in generation to Caine than she is.
If, however, you can soak four points of aggravated damage a round but she can soak eight? Then run away real fast because she’s probably about to drain your blood since Cainites of such a low generation often find that they can only exist on Cainite blood as the kine are simply too weak for their dietary needs.
