I don’t think the biological facts about the kids have ever been fully disclosed, but as others have said, it is somewhat irrelevant; he was their father for their entire lives, so they will always be Michael’s kids, no matter how you want to dissect the biological info.
Either they are Jackson’s kids who, due to a white mother and they way genetics work, wound up with paler skin than their father

They aren’t Jackson’s biological kids but he is their legal father and is, essentially, an adoptive parent.
Either way, he’s their father.
His family seems to entirely accept these children as part of the family. Granted, there is some dysfunctional crap in that family, but that’s true of a LOT of families. I see no evidence the children are being abused, neglected, or taken advantage of. Yes, the estate wound up in court - big surprise - but the children are being provided for by people who apparently give a damn about them. Plus, they’ve lost their parent. Really, I feel kind of sorry for the kids, because they’ll go through life being told their parent isn’t really there parent at all. Which is pretty horrible.
Case in point. Gerald Wilson. His son, Anthony Wilson.
I don’t see this is the case, I see it as a case of racism. If Jackson just cared about looks why not get a black donor that was handsome. There are tons of very nice looking black men. But he didn’t do that, he chose WHITE donor and a WHITE mother.
Now I’ll shut up because this is GD territory, but I will add up until “Thriller,” Michael Jackson was a nice looking man. Nature didn’t make him ugly, he paid to have that done

I think the kids do look like Michael, actually. Sure, their skin is light and their hair is “white”, but as the anecdotes in this thread go to show- genetics are a funny thing.
I’ve mentioned this before on this board, but I had a friend in high school who could be best described as Snow White-- white, white, WHITE skin, dark brown/ black straight hair, ice blue eyes. One day, she said something about her black dad and I laughed and told her to stop messing around. She said, “Seriously! My dad is black! He’s like, not just black, he’s like…really black! Dark dark black.” I called her a liar and told he to stop being a dick.
Cut to a few days later when I met her dad. I said, “I’m not trying to be rude, but c’mon- you’re her step dad, right?” and he said, “Nope, I’m her biological daddy. Trust me, I made her mom get a test, too because I sure didn’t believe it.” So this little snow white looking child came from a very dark black man and a very fair white woman. Genetics are funny like that.
In the case of the Jacksons, you have to remember that the family itself is mixed. Joe Jackson has blue eyes, for goodness’ sake. If you look at Joe and Katherine (mom and dad), they don’t have very dark skin either. So, a light to medium skinned black family with some mixed race lineage, mixed with a very white blonde woman produced some Mediterranean looking kids. That’s not so hard to believe.
Plus, I do think the kids look like Michael, like I said (they definitely look like their mother, too-- especially Paris). Look at this and this. Or this. Or another. Or Paris. Blanket especially looks like Michael, though, I think. Here. Or here. Or here. Or this GIF.
I think the kids share Michael’s features- just obviously not as pronounced since, hey, they are only half black. Plus, there are photos of Prince out there with what looks like vitiligo spots, something Michael had that is genetic.
Anywho, I’d say the people that are saying there’s no way these kids are even a drop black have never been around many biracial folks.

Part of the “treatment” he took to change his look included some type of skin bleaching/whitening process apparently. Although he said he had some type of skin disorder…
He had vitiligo. You’d probably bleach your skin too if it started to look like this.
That argument would be more compelling if that were the only change he made to his appearance. It was not, by a long shot.
I’m not denying the guy had a plastic surgery problem and body dismorphia. All I’m saying is, if you started turning into a dalmatian, you’d probably do whatever you could do make yourself look “normal”, too. Don’t be obtuse and throw out the, “Oh, well, he was totally crazy anyway!!!” red herring when you know it’s not a stretch to say he took the medical decision that many in a similar situation would.

Why doyou think the race of the children’s mother makes a “small” difference? The genetic material of black people is not magic, generally speaking. My wife has a parent of each race, but she doesn’t look it.
MY sperm is the exception, of course. In 1967, I accidentally impregnated a woman from across the room, and I hadn’t even been born yet.
There is actually quite a bit of photographic evidence out on the internet these days of Mr. Jackson’s vitiligo. He really had the disease, folks.
As mentioned upthread, if you started going “dalmatian” you might be tempted to take extreme measures, too. In fact, it may have been a factor in his messed up view of his own body. The psychological impact of vitiligo can be more serious than the physical for dark skinned people.

My understanding is that this was a huge factor in his psychological body problems. I can’t remember if it was in a candid interview with Michael himself or with people who had talked to him personally, but I remember reading that the one thing that bothered Michael more than anything was people saying that he hated his race. He regularly talked about the importance of being black, gave more money to black scholarship funds than anyone, etc. Supposedly, the skin disease so deeply effected him because people immediately started saying he must hate his race.
To the nose and surgery thing, I truly believe that had less to do with hating his “black” nose and more to do with his father taunting him every single day of his childhood about having a big, “ugly” nose. Remember: even as an adult, Michael Jackson would throw up backstage if he heard his father was in the audience of his concert. This is the biggest selling artist in the entire world reduced to the state of an abused child because that’s what he was. His dad really fucked him up.
I think you are all wrong. I think Prince and Paris are the result of Michael’s Jesus complex and a greater quasi-religous and communal plan.
I think Prince and Paris race were an important part of Michael Jackson’s “Plan” and quite a huge prejudice in decision. You see, Michael had a quoted plan of adopting a boy and a girl from every continent and raising a rainbow family as a commune.
I believe that genetically, Prince and Paris are Jewish, born of the Jewish Debbie Rowe and Arnold Klein and I believe that Michael intended that with the deliberation of a Jehovah’s Witness with a God complex and a eugenic plan.
