Over the past month or so, I’ve started having the last three nails of my left hand chip and notch nearly in the very center, for no reason I can figure out. I wear them fairly short to begin with, and to get rid of the annoying notch I have to cut them down nearly to the quick. It’s strange that it is just these three. I haven’t been doing anything new that I know of, or changed my diet especially. What could be causing it?
