I am crossing my fingers that this goes through. I tried to report a bad post–that is one of two identical posts that appeared in both IMHO and MPSIMS–but the system would not let me actually send my report. It said I might not be loggedin (I was) or might not have privileges to access that page. What!
It really seems like I have done this before, with no problem.
Is one of the duplicate threads now gone? If so, it’s likely the thread was deleted while you were trying to report it, in which case you’d see the same message you refer to.
Actually, I clicked on one of the threads right after I sent that message and the poster had been banned . . . and now both of the threads are gone.
So apparently I wasn’t the first to report it.
Assuming it’s the one I think it was, yes, it was reported while I was reading email, so I caught it right away. Thanks for trying, anyway; much appreciated.
