I did a search here and didn’t see anything posted so if I missed it I apologize in advance. With that said, why did Jan Brewer endorse Obama last night at the convention?
Is it a case of rats leaving a sinking ship?
She was drunk?
Or, it just beats me?
My first thought was that it was an alcohol-induced slip of the tongue where she started one thought and segued into a contrasting thought mid-sentence without noticing.
If so, I would have loved to have seen her reaction to watching that clip for the first time later. “This is the sound of your political career imploding.”
If she did it on purpose, I have no freaking idea. Maybe she lost a bet or something.
Oh my… talk about a slip up. I thought your post had to be the Onion or something. I’m guessing that all that airport hand shake stuff was because she secretly wants him.
Are you of the opinion that it wasn’t simply a slip of the tongue saying the wrong candidate’s name that she didn’t catch?
Maybe it was a finger shake I waited by the phone all day you never called me back scenario?

And I guess I should have asked in my OP should or will the Democrats use this in the ‘you didn’t build that’ vein?
It would certainly be amusing to see them do so at the DNC next week, playing it on a big screen behind Obama. But they probably won’t. The Democrats are kind of boring like that.
I could see Gary Johnson putting together this clip, the one where McCain called Obama the next president or something when introducing Romney, and a couple others under a theme of “even they can’t tell themselves apart”
Well… they could do something like:

Okay… I admit, I’m obsessed because of Brewer’s super hard core open hatred for Obama, this has got to be about the worst video clip that she could ever have (short of being caught signing naked on the state capital CCTV system).
