It stands as no such thing.
The idea that anybody “created” Israel as “reparations” is one of the most enduring, and least supported fictions of the modern age.
But if you really want to claim that the UN, or anybody else for that matter, “created” Israel, let alone that they did so in order to “right historical wrongs”, you should probably open a separate thread in which to do so.
