Why do my joints feel better after sleeping?

Does anyone else get this? I notice working out makes them sore, but the soreness is gone by next morning.
Most people have the exact opposite effect.

I suspect I have RA. No diagnosis. But I can have a particular joint, say wrist, paining me. When I rest well it is gone in the morning. I am a poor sleeper, so that’s easier said than done.

maybe we heal fast when sleeping

one reason might be when you are sleeping you are not standing or doing other things to put pressure on the joints?

If people are sore the day after working out, it’s a muscle soreness. You shouldn’t have joint soreness from working out. If you do, you’re doing something wrong.

I once was doing a lot of working out on a stationary bike and noticed my knees and hips were hurting. I can’t remember if I figured it out or someone else pointed out the problem, but I was setting the seat on the bike too high. After I lowered it, the problem went away.
