When I am online my screen keeps scrolling back to the top as soon as I stop typing or drop the cursor. This started about 1 month ago - I have tried the scroll lock button, but this doesn’t do anything. I appreciate any assistance. Thanks!
Have you tried unplugging/swapping your keyboard? Sometimes a sticky key will cause unwanted scrolling.
Could also be time for a new mouse - you may have issues with the wheel or middle button.
I had a similar problem in that the screen would sometimes scroll all the way to the bottom. A new mouse fixed the problem.
