That’s a list of the countries the US imports from, not Venezuela.

I am not sure where it says in the article that Saudi imports oil from Venezuela.

The section that says

is saying that the Us imports from Saudi , not that Saudi is importing from Venezuela.

That said, Saudi is a net crude oil exporter, but they (along with Iran and several other countries in the region) do import a fair bit of refined gasoline as they do not have sufficient refining capacity to cater to the growing populations.
