I’d give a pass on the first 2 ‘kicks’ and would consider them ‘nudges’ more then ‘kicks’ and what the canine species ‘great ancestor’ accepted as a condition of domestication. The 3rd kick seemed to cross the line but only because the following leash pulls can I say that it was confirmed.
