Why hasn't the Neighborhood Watch shooter been arrested?

This guy is crazy. He called 911 that many times for every minor little thing he saw? Potholes, people driving poorly, people having arguments, in his complex, at shopping centers, people having a party, etc. Dude seriously needed a different hobby.

Also, some of the locations are listed as other complexes - was he out patrolling other neighborhoods?

weird…

They seems to some controversy about how many times Martin hit Zimmerman. Some of the newspaper headlines seem to be misleading about what happened.

Look at the Sentinel article.

http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-03-26/news/os-trayvon-martin-zimmerman-account-20120326_1_miami-schools-punch-unarmed-black-teenager

The headline says:

It isn’t specific about how many times Martin hit Zimmerman head against the sidewalk but it might lead a reader to infer several times.

The article says:

This sounds like one time.

This is more ambiguous, but could still be a single blow.

They just* document* that. No one needs to sign anything at least around here. Gangster Octopus is correct, but it’s the EMT’s who would note " “EMTs on scene suggested Mr. Zimmerman be taken to the emergency room for further evaluation but Mr. Zimmerman declined further treatment.”

We have yet to see the EMTs report.

These two stories are essentially the same thing. They talk about a new eyewitness who says he saw Zimmerman get up and walk away and not appear to be hurt. Witness is not named.

Well, You- you seem to be a rather smart person, but you have zero, zilch, nada knowledge of the law. True, I bow respectfully towards Bricker, but if you find yourself about to post some legal opinion here on this issue, I ask you to consider your batting record, which is 0.000.

You non-legal opinion is certainly as good as anyone elses.

I want to point out this is exactly how my father died. He was sick, they called the paramedics, who came. They suggested strongly he be transported to the hospital, he declined. He was lucid, so they simply noted that & that he refused transport on their call record and left. My lawyer said there was nothing that could be done.

As long as you are lucid, a adult and consious , they can;t force you to the hospital against your will. Well, not without a judges order or something.

Now come on, you are all about Civil Rights. Would you really want to live in a nation where they could just say “Ok, I don’t care what he says, he’s sick, we’re taking him in against his will”. Think of the possible abuses.

Yes, i know that- I was clearly suggesting a hypothetical. But, now, they didn’t transport him, now did they? You did see that video of Zimmerman at the police station, arriving in a Police car, not a ambulance, right?

I have no idea the extent of his injuries, they also could have said “Ah, don’t be such a big crybaby, you’re fine”.

Yes. But the EMTs treated him at the scene, they must file a report when they do that, and in that report they would document the injuries they treated. That report would trump the grainy video. Unless, of course, someone thinks that Sanford paramedics are in cahoots with the police and both for some reason love Zimmerman so much they are willing to falsify official records.

It seems obvious that it’s a leak. If it were an official release, they could have released a file to abc. But that some guy with a camera standing in front of a monitor.

Yes, and that report, along with the ME’s report, the ballistics report and the CSI report have not been yet released …or leaked. There’s so many leaks in Sanford that they make the fucking Titanic look seaworthy.

Someone seems to be feeling the need to cya.

There’s no tarp in the world, my friend, no tarp in the world.

I think some of those calls are actually to the non-emergency number.

Ok, that makes more sense, and I didn’t realize since the file/link said 911

…but still, its just not that normal for a person to be that involved in every little thing. I’m on the board of my townhouse community and we have a couple of retired older people on the board and in the complex that are home all day with nothing to do and therefore see and hear every little thing, and they frustrate the rest of us..but they are still not nearly this bad.

I’m not trying to make him guilty of murder based on this, but I find the mindset odd, that there is either some serious anger issues over everything he sees wrong or some hero desire to save the world, in there somewhere that is not so normal in my opinion.

That would explain the awful quality of the video. I hadn’t considered someone using a camera phone. I just assumed their system was archaic.

Maybe the stamp is the part in the record that they searched to rather than an ongoing clock?

idk how the storage and retrieval system works. It’s just a thought.

the more I watchit the more likely I think that is

Since this based on something from something on CNN, so you might as well go to the CNN story.

Well, that takes care of the “Zimmerman shot Martin while he was standing in front of him” crowd.

May be a Bricker question, but does the fact that he stated he was on a personal errand absolve the HOA in any way do you think? He wasn’t acting in any capacity or approval of the HOA so how can they be responsible?
