Why is CNN News using a photo that was in the Onion 6 years ago?

The most commonly encountered model in stock photography has to be “Ewa, the Polish Everywoman”, the eyeglass-wearing blonde woman that is almost guaranteed to appear on any Web site or in any publication that is remotely “corporate.”

And then there’s Everywhere Girl.

And some rotter got her tossed from Wikipedia.

And oh boy does she deserve it. I should read more corporate publications.

Interesting – the copy for Game Informer asks the question NO GI NEXT MONTH?, while the goal of the Selective Service System has historically been to round up the next month’s GI crop…

I hope they do something soon. We’re starting to feel this national shortage of karate outfits back at home.
