Those are from your “Bieber haircut” thread. Ellen Cherry said you contacted her but perhaps she was mistaken and was thinking of that post. She did say she emailed you with the once-per-week instruction. If your email isn’t active and you didn’t see the message… well, that’s why you are required to keep your email active.
