I’m trying to install and play Puzzle Pirates, but every time I click on the icon for the installed game, it doesn’t open. The hourglass appears for about 2 seconds and then disappears. When I try to play from the website, it closes my browser (Firefox 1.5.0.8.).
What the heck’s going on? I can’t find anything about this on the website’s forums, either. Any Puzzle Pirates onboard? Arrrr!

I’ve now emailed support.
Virus protection isn’t a factor. I turned it off to install the game.
