What’s your evidence that modern humans are less sexually dimorphic than ancient humans? Define “human” however you like. I know that it’s now theorized that some species like Australopithecus afarensis was highly sexually dimorphic, but the problem is that we don’t know that A. afarensis was our direct ancestor, and we could also be looking at more than one species, not a highly dimorphic species.
As for your tossed off remarks about how western society is sexist, perhaps you’d care to name societies that aren’t sexist? Even societies where people could opt out of traditional gender roles doesn’t mean that those roles didn’t exist
