I don’t have a cite for this and I’m working on my faulty memory, but can’t you be physically forced to have an orgasm? I could have sworn farmers did something like that to cows (i.e., massaging the prostate).

BTW Optihut-I realize my analogy was bad (hence me stating it), I just couldn’t think of a better one. I agree that the psychological component would be worse (or I guess in fairness, it could be worse, depending on each situation).
