Why wait til halftime?

I’m watching the Packers/9ers game, and they just showed the GB defensive coordinator saying “he’ll be making changes at half-time.” But the guy’s got a phone down to two or three or four assistant coaches, who have real time overhead photos, etc.

What can be done at half-time that can’t be done in real time during the game?

Maybe they’ll be putting on a show?

Getting everyone on the same page. Outdoors in a noisy stadium with the assistant players and coaches spread all over the stadium isn’t the best way to make strategic changes.
