He’s a habitual line stepper. He has a pretty good idea of where the line is and at most, only toes just over it. There’s no set of rules that will prevent that. Some people love pushing boundaries. And this is where human mods are a good thing - blind adherence to some notional set of rules absent any history or context is no way to build a healthy community.
And it’s just a sad fact, but we have a lot of regular posters who are eternal Charlie Browns thinking Lucy isn’t trolling “this time” and just kicking away not seeing the ball getting pulled away.
