It says I need to install Flash Player, even though Flash Player is on my computer. YouTube works on Internet Explorer for me, but not on Firefox. Why?
Test your flash plugin here. It should say, “Adobe Flash Player is Installed”

Check to make sure you have javascript enabled in Tools -> Options -> Content
