If you don’t have the constitution to deal with public criticism or snark about your actions taken as a forum moderator while still performing your duties in as fair and even-handed a way as you can muster, that’s IMHO a sign you should consider stepping down from moderation duties.

If it were me, I’d publicly shame them on every social media site I’m a member of and would call their places of employment to ask if their bosses knew what fucking douchebags they are being on the Internet.

I got that part that its Homer going mmm (and OMG I just bought a boat!) .
But I have a hard time seeing Homer. But now that I know its supposed to be Homer down there I I can see it. I suppose I thought the symbols represented something else and that assumption threw me off.
