Sure, but they shouldn’t be recalling the flour because of that. Every sack of flour has warnings on it. Like the man said, ya pays yer money and takes yer chances.
Whereas i think that that’s exactly what they should do. Try to keep the food chain reasonably safe, and remove food that’s known to be contaminated. Especially foods that lots of people want to consume raw.
