Often when I go overboard on excersize (usually because I’m out of shape and I am a little over-enthusiastic about getting back into shape) I’ll be huffing and sweating and my heart will be pounding. But the most unpleasant part of it is my teeth. I can feel the blood circulating into my teeth and back out again
It is definitely a discernable liquid pressure that kind of throbs/pulsates, and eventually fades as I catch my breath. Why is this so uncomfortable? Are the blood vesssels in teeth/gums delicate? Or perhaps the proximity of the blood vessels to nerve endings plays a factor?
