(a)appears to actively discriminate as an employer;
(b)tells the world that he does so;

he knows the law better than his attorney.

My head hurts. First he claims all jurors are morons. THEN he wants the looser (the side the SAME JURORS thought was wrong) in the court case to pay all court and attorney fees. AND he doesn’t see the problem with that. my head really hurts now.

Let’s pretend that, hypothetically, one of us people who is so frustrated with you that we can hardly see straight found out where you live. Let’s then assume that we came to your house and tattooed “WARNING! I am an idiot. Do not attempt rational debate with me” on your forehead. (Come to think of it, this would probably be a public service). Suppose you then decided to sue us, and a jury decided that what we had done was not wrong, because the statement was obviously true. Don’t you think that you might be more than a little pissed off at having to pay our legal bills? Especially since I wouldn’t be surprised if Esprix, AerynSun, and 2nd Law have a combined billing rate of over $1,000 per hour? I bet they could chalk up quite a few hours winning that case.

Ya’ll keep forgetting that the defendent has to pay his legal bill, the plaintiff’s legal bill, the freakin judgement and any punitive damages because the jury said he has to. Right or wrong jury smart as sh** or dumb as sh** doesn’t matter he still has got to pay that.(unless of course he appeals but then he has got put a bond for that much money)
But if the defendent wins, in otherwords, proves the plaintiff is full of crap, he still has to pay his attorney bills. Why? That sucks! That is UNJUST AND NOT FAIR!!! Here is a guy that has worked his butt off building a business for him and his family(and don’t forget about his employees) and then moron can come along and sue him, make him take time away from his business and family, and then to top it all off if he wins he still has to pay his own legal bills. It just means they won in court. their evidence was slightly better (Preponderance) than the other side. Not necessarily right. Not even just “more right”. their evidence was better.
