I just noticed my spare tire well had about one or two inches of antifreeze in it, almost undiluted (I pulled an empty antifreeze jug out of the trunk a few weeks ago wondering why I had an ‘empty jug’ in the trunk - I’m 99% sure that’s where it came from). So, as I am cleaning everything off, I wonder if I have to worry about the integrity of the tire - I wouldn’t think so because antifreeze is meant to flow through metal and rubber, but my ‘logical conclusions’ have been way off the mark before, and if I’m wrong on this one, I could be really sorry…
My guess is that,considering that anti -freeze spends so much time galloping through your radiator hoses.you should just clean it out and forget it happened.
