With most North Koreans, by all accounts, suffering from malnutrition and other poverty- and oppression-related conditions that can damage the immune system, you just know their population is being decimated, no matter what the official party line says.
But I bet they have some of the most accurate records concerning the pandemic on the planet. While they don’t give a damn about their people they track them as slave property.
Here’s Larry’s last post:
Oasis had a song on the radio a few years ago that got played about a zillion times that had a chorus that ended “you’re my wonderwall”
Back in the 70’s George Harrison had an obscure solo album called “Wonderwall Music”.
What is a wonderwall?
He’s out searching.
I think if he just keeps heading south, he’ll hit it eventually.
ETA: But now that I think about it, what IS a wonderwall?

You sure you want to go there? The last guy that asked that question hasn’t been seen in almost 20 years.
I haven’t seen Mrs. Thorwald in a few days. Her husband has been busy, though.

I know this is about the US, but I was reading an article saying that something like 20 million cell phones in China were disconnected during this outbreak. Now, lots of those, probably the majority were due to just normal stuff that is about people losing their jobs and having no money and no bail out from the government, but some of them are probably due to what you are talking about. There is also videos of local CCP officials having people welded into their apartments or homes. And I doubt this is just in China. I wonder how many people in North Korea have disappeared? Or other places.
It’s a bit chilling to think of it. In the US, yeah…I would say that there have got to be people who locked down and died and no one knows about it yet.
Why would they weld people in their apartments?
Because they are “CCP officials”. They’re the people in the front of the train in Snowpiercer . The UK ‘newspaper’ The Sun reported it so it must be true.

Apartment dwellers might not be found until the landlord misses getting the rent. If you keel over just before the rent is due, the landlord or manager might come looking for you in just a few days. If you keel over just after paying the rent, you might not be found until the next month.
Unless somebody else pays your rent for you, or you have some kind of automatic payment plan. In which case, it could take a looooooong time for anybody to notice.
ETA: There’s nothing really covid-19 specific about this. This is the case for all apartment dwellers who live alone, don’t have a lot of social contacts, and are at higher risk of croaking for whatever reason.

The only thing The Sun was every good for was for the tits on Page 3 and since they have ended that, its not even good quality Toilet paper.
As seen here.
Hacker: Don’t tell me about the press. I know exactly who reads the papers. The Daily Mirror is read by people who think they run the country; The Guardian is read by people who think they ought to run the country; The Times is read by the people who actually do run the country; the Daily Mail is read by the wives of the people who run the country; the Financial Times is read by people who own the country; the Morning Star is read by people who think the country ought to be run by another country, and the Daily Telegraph is read by people who think it is.
Sir Humphrey: Prime Minister, what about the people who read The Sun?
Bernard: Sun readers don’t care who runs the country, as long as she’s got big tits.
