Speaking of which, when I mentioned my sister and her wife to a rah-rah Christian, he responded “Your sister cannot have a wife.” Without missing a beat, I said “My sister and her legally married wife.”
He had no response for that one.
It’s bad enough that I had to attend the marriage of my cat and my egg timer, but the noises all night drove me up the wall:
“Mrowrrrrr!”
“Ding Ding Ding Ding!”
“ROWRRRRR!!”
“DING DING!”
It didn’t last, though-The cat turned out to be a real bell-buster.
That’s quite a tail to share.
I’m already married, so my atonement slides us right down the slope to polygamy.
