I dunno. Given the behaviour of Trump and his MAGAt followers and the promise of revenge he has vowed, why on earth WOULDN’T Biden pardon his own son? For his and Hunter’s own protection? He won’t have the power to pardon once he leaves office. He really has nothing to lose, and if Trump isn’t going to be accountable for his own crimes, why should anyone else? This is the precedent he has said.
