If and when he’s caught, will the DoJ label the sniper a terrorist? What would be the upside and downside if he were? How will it affect his trial and sentence?
Just something I was thinking about this morning
CNN reports he has olive colored skin. That makes him a terrorist. 
If he is a terrorist then the normal rules for a trial don’t apply. The government can hold a secret trial to protect their “evidence” and can decide how much evidence is needed for a conviction. Plus there is no appeal of the sentence.
