Our Constitutional rights of freedom of assembly and religion are being curtailed. So where are all the gun owners who say the 2nd amendment is there to protect all the rights? Why isn’t there a church somewhere with armed congregants outside ready to act if police attempt to make them disperse? Why aren’t there groups of gun owners in open carry states defiantly assembling?

Because Barack Obama is not President of the United States of America anymore. If he was, I’m positive all this and more would be happening.
If you’re someone who believe the purpose of the 2nd amendment is to prevent tyranny and the erosion of our Constitutional rights it shouldn’t be. At what point are those who believe that going to act? Or have they just been all talk all this time?
No Constitutional right is being curtailed for one. YOU are free to go outside, hang with your neighbors or do any damn thing you please.
What they have asked is to distance yourself from your social life. Currently there is no mechanism in place to take that from you.
The 2nd concerns a national militia, not fighting domestic tyranny. Civilians seriously thinking their personal weapons can prevail against the world’s most powerful military would soon learn otherwise. So yes, it’s talk, like an old guy complaining at clouds.

Yeah, I wonder what those in Europe are going to do? I mean, they have people (generally old people) who die every year from the heat as many don’t have AC, and this is when they could go out. If the quarantine goes until the summer in Europe, it might be even grimmer than usual. 
And this with one of the hottest summers on record poised to happen, at least from what I’ve read…a perfect storm of clearing skies due to all the industry shut down and less particulate matter in the air and global warming hitting hard.
You’re an optimist, I like you for that. But the thought of Americans getting their shit together and voting out charlatans is simply ludicrous and has no precedent in our history. What WILL happen is we will allow this incident to further erode our rights just as we allowed with 9/11. This is not the home of the brave anymore. We as a society welcome any opportunity to cede responsibility, and with it freedom, to anyone willing to piss down our backs and call it rain. We are one step closer to being right roundly rogered. We won’t revolt, though. We are too chickenshit for that.
