William Macy in Door To Door

This man is just simply one of the finest actors in the business.
His performance as Bill Porter just left me in awe and in tears.

Macy was the best thing about “Happy, Texas.” (Him, and the strange gal who ran the dance class.)

I was slightly interested in seeing this film after the first TNT promo.
However, after promo 4,368, I sorta lost any interest in seeing it and was screaming at the television every time another promo appeared (about every 5 minutes).

Loved the movie, as I do almost anything Macy is in…

I have a question though: Why did Bill’s new boss at Watkins come running after him after reading the story in the paper? Was it because he recognized it could be a PR disaster to have Bill out on the street after being let go, or did he realize that it was wrong to let Bill go because he was such a good salesman?
