Win 7 Hibernate

I have Windows 7 Home Premium. I still haven´t figured out how to go to Hibernation. Can anyone here help?

Do you have other options when you click the tiny right arrow next to the ‘Shut down’ button? You should see restart, logoff, etc.

Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings

Click on the arrow to the right of “shut-down.” The cascaded options give you the option to “sleep.” Right click on that and that should give you the hibernation option.

I don’t have W7.
On XP you hover over the Stand By option and press the SHIFT key to bring up Hibernate. Don’t know why they would change it in W7.
