Recently Nancy Pimental became the new co-host of WBSM. Has anyone watched a full episode of her on-goings with Ben Stein? Although she seems to be something of a sight, I still think Jimmy Kimmel was a better co-host. What do you think?
Also, was it just me or was the show using cardboard cut-outs in place of the monitors for a while?
jimmy… jimmy’s gone? no more calling ben stupid names… no more asking ben stupid question… no more of them flirting with cute female contestants together… that’s no fun. i haven’t heard of this nancy pimental person, though. but as i don’t have cable anymore, i doubt i’ll be seeing ben stein for a while.
you’re right about the cardboard things. i think those were like the first season; i think they had a much smaller budget at the time. also at the end, instead of having the lightbulb-number timer dealy they have a clock type in the foreground.
I, for one, was getting a little annoyed with Jimmy Kimmel.
‘The Man Show’ seems like a cheap rip-off of ‘The X Show’ on FX.

I always thought that “The Man Show” came first, then “The X Show” came up shortly afterwards.

According to the IMDB, Nancy Pimental was a writer for ‘South Park’…
From what I’ve seen of her (one episode and part of another) she’s going to have to struggle awhile to separate herself from Jimmy. When she’s a smartass she sounds just like him, when she tries to flirt with Ben it seems – oh I don’t know, call it forced. I’m going to reserve judgment for awhile and see how she adjusts.
Thats what I’m thinking too… but I’m not going to take time to research it. 
It will take awhile for me to accept her, because I liked Jimmy and his ripping on Ben and the contestants. I need to give her more time. Her promos for the show are hideous however.
Oops, forgot to ask - Does anyone know why Jimmy left the show?
The Man show definitely came first. And is leagues ahead of the X-Show in terms of quality.
Jimmy left because he is too busy with his other stuff. Nancy has filmed an entire season of shows, so get used to her. She is still a little rough around the edges, but she should settle down.
I taped a show with her a few months ago- can’t post a link to my thread about it 'cause I’m not that swift, but it’s in here somewhere- and she’s ok, just a little uncomfortable, especially with so many people loving Jimmy.
