Lately, I’ve been having to deal with this irritating problem where suddenly the taskbar at the bottom (where all your open windows are) stops responding so you can’t click from one window to another (although you can press Alt-Tab to switch). I keep having to stop explorer.exe and run it again, over and over and over. What is going on here, and how do I fix it?
