Wanted a list of links for Dancing Stars twitter.
Word lets you paste links directly. But I don’t have it installed on my lap top
Word Pad - doesn’t have this highly useful feature 
Work Around
Create a shortcut on the Desktop with the URL
Copy the shortcut into Word Pad
Repeat 24 times for the entire dwts cast
Save twitter.rtf on your desktop
Now you have a list of clickable links
Delete the shortcuts from the desktop
Done
