Since I downloaded and applied 10, the font size on the screen changes randomly as I maneuver my cursor from one spot to another. I can fix it with CTRL + or - but I’m wondering why this is happening and if I can stop it somehow.
Ideas?
Are you accidentally using more than one finger on the touchpad and causing it to pinch-to-zoom?
If that’s a possibility, check your mouse/touchpad settings and see if you can turn that off.
Is it random? There is a setting for visually impaired people that will magnify whatever you point at.
Yeah, check your mouse settings. And make sure there aren’t any keys being pressed down on your keyboard.
I hate the touchpad because I find it impossible to type without brushing it randomly–with random results. It might be specific to the MS-Surface, but there is a setting in which the pad is turned off when there is an external mouse attached. It works too; when I switch the mouse off, the touchpad is activated and when I turn the mouse back on, the pad goes dead.
