I am trying to download a program from a website. Initially, I could not get anything to download because I didn’t get the prompt asking me if I wanted to download the program. I added the site as a trusted site in my IE options. I also turned off the pop-up blocker. Now I get the prompt and I give my permission to download. However, now I get the error "Error 5 caching to c:\windows\downloaded program files\bzad303a.cab. I tried to do a search on “error 5” but it’s too generic for me to get any useful results.
Any suggestions?
