I know, this movie sucks big hairy… stuff but it’s been playing a lot on cable lately and since there isn’t much on I end up watching this crap. Anyway, my opinions aside, I’m wondering how is it they jumped? They always mentioned something about a quasar and using it to “jump” into other systems. If a quasar is some celestial object that has a great gravitational pull then how did a ship escape it to make it to another star system?
My guess is that they used the pull of a quasar to kind of “sling shot” a ship around the quasar and into a different star system.
Any guesses as to how they did this?
