I know OTC drugs have to be of the same quality and comparable ingredients. Does that apply to Hemorrhoidal wipes?
Oh, and I don’t think my case is too bad. Not like it was 20 years ago (that was excruciating). But there was a lot of bleeding, as I said. And really is there a mild case of hemorrhoids, toothache, migraine, etc.? 
In much of the Caribbean, nothing can be flushed except urine and feces.

Many of the public (as well as many private “for customers only”) restrooms here have signs in two languages begging people to flush their toilet paper instead of putting it in the tampon/pad bin or throwing it on the floor. I understand Mexican plumbing isn’t much to brag about either.
