Woah, what was THAT? (the flu?)

Around noon on Sunday, I felt the old familiar signs…body ache, headache, fever.

I went to bed at 2 and pretty much stayed there. Around 10 I thought I was going to die. This was the worst fever and chills and everything hurts I’d had in years. Usually, when this happens, I’m in for three days of it, followed by a couple weeks of all the lung crap (sore throat, coughing, etc).

Well, now it’s Monday morning, and aside from being a little weak…it’s all gone. Completely. In fact, if I didn’t know better, I’d say I’d never had it.

I had a flu shot this year…was my body using it’s antibodies to fight off the flu? And because of the shot, it won?

Oh that is just a little after effect of the sedative.

Sometimes we return you to your own atmosphere to quickly.

We are very sorry.

Not to worry though, unless of course, your skin starts turning green.
