Woman says she was kicked out of water park because of her bathing suit

As always, there’s probably more to the story than we’re getting here, but that’s to be expected.

Though not what I’d call attractive, she’s still bone-able. Nothing to be ashamed of at 40+, and I doubt she scares the children. I’ve certainly seen worse in a bikini at every water park I’ve visited, and have never seen them removed. Seriously. Some women look hot in a bikini, some don’t. I know ***my ***Speedo days are far behind me.

Anyone else think she needed the boot for being “inappropriately dressed”?

Well, from the video, it seems the problem was the bottom, as she was asked to put on shorts. From what I can see from the pictures, nothing appears to be wrong with how she’s dressed–she looks just like any other person at the beach/pool in the summer. Was she wearing a thong/G-string perhaps or something? Was she showing more than she intended to down there? Seems to me like there’s something missing from the story.

She’s welcome to come and frolic in the privacy of my backyard anytime!

Not sure about the shorts part, but I really wouldn’t call that suit exactly water park appropriate. A water park is kid central and her suit and is quite deliberately chosen to show off her big tits to maximum advantage. It’s fine for the beach or an adult pool party or out on a boat, but if I saw a busty adult woman bouncing around in that suit at a water park I’d have to think she’s not making the most appropriate choices.

I don’t think she’s any worse dressed than most of the women you see in those places. And if a certain dress code is required it should be properly advertised in advance. There are water parks which indicate that certain rides will require full-body swimsuits (no bikinis, no topless) for women and/or that thongs are unacceptable for both sexes.

Not mine.
mmm

What the what? If she had been wearing one of those micro tops that barely covers your nipples I could sort of understand the attitude, but really? People have different body shapes and contrary to popular belief they shouldn’t be shamed for it. Having big breasts doesn’t mean she should have to cram them into some restrictive, chafing suit or be banned from the public pool. Did you ever think maybe she deserved to be comfortable like anybody else? Being large breasted doesn’t mean you’re looking for attention everywhere you go.

I watched the video and I don’t get what their issue was. I saw a larger woman in a smaller suit in my local Wal-Mart and she didn’t get the boot. Maybe there’s an obscene tattoo around back that we can’t see.

And she would surely be ashamed of herself once she learned of your disapproval.

The news clip panned down her whole body. It was a bikini, but certainly not as skimpy as those shown being worn by the teenage girls behind her. I’m thinking the management at the park was offended that a woman without a perfect body was (gasp) proudly displaying herself in public. Hypocrites.

I didn’t think her suit was particularly attractive, but unless her butt crack was hanging out or the suit kept slipping off, I don’t see the big deal. I can’t imagine any children being scarred for life by seeing her.

In fact, I expect any children in the park are more interested in having fun in the water. As a kid, I didn’t care anything about the adults in such a situation. It was all about MEEEEE!!

Ever tried to find a bikini top that doesn’t show off your tits?

I get the sense there is more to the story than she is deciding to tell the press. Obviously it is not against any park rules to wear a bikini.

Echoing this. If park management decides to double-down on saying it was the bikini they kicked her out for, they’re idiots. Idiots that will soon have less business, I imagine.

Of course, I’m not sure what the woman thought would happen after she called police. It’s not like the cops are going to say “no, you have to let her in”.

The cops are a way to get things notarized for a possible later suit.

Poor lady. She said she’d just lost 100 lbs. I’m guessing being able to wear bikini was at the top of the least for things she’d be looking forward to doing.

Her body is comparable to most bodies. A little jiggly and dimply, but averagely so. It looked to me like she’s got some tats…I wonder if that is what is actually behind this?

Like **Sodalite **and Tracijo67, I’m giving this a “what the ??”

She’s got big tits; lots of women do. It’s next to impossible to hide that fact when you’re in a bathing suit, and regardless, she shouldn’t be expected to wear anything other than what everyone else is wearing. If bikinis are allowed, then anyone gets to wear them, regardless of how they’re shaped.

She probably will sue even though it is a privately owned business and she suffered, at most, annoyance. Tis the American way.

I know it’s usually annoying when people say “I don’t understand x common feature of society”, but I really don’t understand bathing suits.

I don’t know that woman, but I suspect she’d be extremely insecure about walking outside in just her undergarments, which are probably more flattering than that bikini. It’s just an interesting part of culture.

In any event, of course she shouldn’t be kicked out for that. I’d be shocked to find anyone who disagreed.

We weren’t there, we didn’t see exactly what she was wearing, we didn’t see anything that happened, and the place has a right to do as it sees fit.

That’s a bit silly, IMHO, but, even so, remember this is about her “big tits” “bouncing around” anyway. She was asked to put on shorts, not a tee shirt, so whatever problem the park was having, it wasn’t with the top half. The print article itself says “her bottoms were too small.”

It isn’t the most brilliant piece of journalism, though. No attempt to even get a comment from the water park or a witness or whatever? Even a “no comment from the waterpark management” or something would have shown that at least the reporter made the effort. What lazy journalism. And I gotta assume that this was filmed the day after the incident, right?

I usually don’t make lists but I’m nostalgic and Opal is no longer with us (RIP)

  1. From the story and her comments - The issue was NEVER about her tits

  2. The issue was her bikini bottoms - the pool management found them inappropriate.

III. Since the issue is in fact her bikini bottoms, what kind of shitty news editor doesn’t get a clear shot of the bikini bottoms? You could even modestly shoot them from a distance front and back to let the viewers see for themselves. Are they thong Bikini bottoms?

  1. And why is a towel always concealing the right side of her tummy just above the bikini bottom. Could there be an offensive tattoo there?

E. Maybe the news story should read “Woman loses 100 pounds and finds a way to be on TV in her bikini”

So a news story that appears to call out the injustice of censoring this lady for her Bikini bottoms also appears to censor showing those actual Bikini bottoms.
