Yes I know your probably thinking I am an oppressor who is 12 but I’m not. I am just saying what I see.
What I see in the world is a change, mostly for the worse but the world will still be tolerable. Since women had the right to vote so many changes have been made. Gay rights, equal rights, all of these new laws that are coming out would have never been thought of if women didn’t have the right to vote.
These changes are making the governments of the world fall like the stones of time. These changes are making the straps go down tighter and tighter. One day the people who obey the laws and live under them are going to stop and all anarchy will come to follow.
Also, do you have any cites for the claim that “equal rights” are “making the straps go down tighter and tighter” or that “one day the people who obey the laws…are going to stop and all anarchy will come to follow”?
So males are incapable of granting equal rights to minorities?
I call bullshit. The 19[sup]th[/sup] Amendment gave women the right to vote, while it was the 15[sup]th[/sup] Amendment gave minorities the right to vote. Thus, minorities were beginning to receive equal rights before women could vote. Ergo, your statement that women voting was responsible for equal rights is incorrect. Besides which, do you actually view granting equal rights to minorities as a bad thing? Color me flabbergasted.
As for the rest of your wild-ass conjectures, would you care to explain what you reasoning (if any) might be?
They never should have given women, minorities, or people who don’t own land the right to vote. Look how much worse the world is today. There’s no slavery so you’re actually expected to pay workers a wag, you can’t beat your wife and kids whenever you feel like it and lord knows they mouth off more because of it, those vile plebeians actually think they know enough about how the government works to have a say in what happens instead of letting the land owners, who are obviously much smarter for that alone, make the rules…wait, what was the argument again?
I have to chuckle when I see phrases like “all of these new laws that are coming out”, as though legislation in the Western democracies (assuming the OP is in one of them) was being produced at breakneck speed. More “traditional” societies might never (or rarely) change their formal laws, but enforcement of those laws is typically at the whim of whatever official holds power at a given moment, and traditional societies just love institutional corruption, I’ve noticed.
