I’m finding myself stuck on a word for an article I’m working on. Need a mildly derisive word or term for “humorless” or “taking oneself too seriously”. Narcissist and anal retentive are the only things that come to mind, but the’re not quite what I’m looking for. Something onomatopeiac would work, if the meaning is obvious.

Need answer fairly soon. Any suggestions?
