Several ‘ends with AIL’ words have already been solutions, and others (such as QUAIL) were eliminated by my earlier guesses. Still took a LONG time to see AVAIL, though.

Eliminating the R in my start word really helped with this one (evident after my 2nd word). And I got lucky with my second word…it was either Quail or Avail - happy I chose correctly! 
Speaking of the R…the most common consonant, and it’s only shown up once this month thus far (on 2/2). Just watch, we’ll get a word like RARER to make up for that at some point soon.

For CABIN vs. BASIN… I checked the word list and possible words. There were 10 possible left. Five of them had an M in them. And the C is better than S for the words with M in them.
And you would only know that if you were able to know the possible words.

I was up in the middle of the night (seems to happen a lot lately) and put in my first two words then. At that point I set it aside since I wanted to try to get some more sleep. Nonetheless, I came across what turned out to be the solution while thinking about it while lying in bed. The only other possibility I could come up with once I got up for real was WISPY.
