Seven of my last eight games have been fours. I’m in a rut.
Even though THIEF was my only choice at the end, it took me a long time to see it. I went through TEI__ first and got nowhere. Then, for some reason, my brain just couldn’t make sense of T_IE _. It was only after I actually started typing “T-H-I-E” that I saw the answer. A weird block, making this harder than it should have been.
It increases the chance of getting your yellow letters into the right spot. I often use Scordle’s double-up strategy now, and it can indeed be helpful.
