MINUS → So I put A & E in a box with three comcons, shook up a few times and got
ALERT → and if there’s one thing I need, it’s another lert. Don’t see many places to put an O, but I should try a terminal Y
BALDY → And here was I stuck. Would like to try an O word but couldn’t see one to save my life. But with the A there, there pretty much must be another vowel. Until I remembered something from anatomy…
VAGAL → and with that it was a short step to
PAPAL
So that was a bit of a slog. Having only three letters out of the alphabet made it hard to get a quick win, as I think we’ve demonstrated - as of this writing no one here has gotten below par.

This was a bit of a slog…there were a lot of words to sort through. BUMPY would check a lot of them, and it left just two words that I could see. Something didn’t look right with Appal, but I went with it in any case…should have looked up the spelling.
