Way too obscure for this game, AFAIAC.
I’m not sure if I was today days old when I learned that it was a word, but I’d have had no idea of what it was. A local official somewhere in Eurasia, maybe? “The Ambassador to Kazakhstan attended a party hosted by the Kefir of Samarkand.” Yeah, that sounds about right.
