There were a half-dozen unused possibilities (plus a few used ones from the first couple hundred Wordles) but I went with the solution because it pretty much guaranteed a 3. And I got lucky.
A few milestones: this 2 is my 125th 2, which means that for the first time ever, I have more 2s (125) than 5s (124). Also, as of yesterday, I had more than a hundred more 3s (737) than 4s (636).
Of course, to balance that out, I still have more 6s (24) and losses (2) than 1s (0). Still, this 2 brought my average* down below 3.51, to 3.509. Probably take another few months to get it below 3.5 guesses per game.
*Counting my losses as 7s, because they’d obviously have taken at least that many guesses if one could keep on guessing. One would have been a 7 because there was only one possibility left; the other might’ve been either a 7 or an 8. Close enough.

LEARN → Can’t see how to add a T here. Looks a lot like RENAL, but of course that’s got an R… but it suggests one next guess

VENAL was the other possible, so a 50-50 putt for birdie. My followup wasn’t in the top 120, though its noted anagram was 69/1201. Scoredle tries to place the known letter from the carryover; it fails, drops into the first-letter trap with the third guess, then converts the 50-50 par putt.
