I was able to skip that video on my android but I’m definitely going to find the way to pay for the game, I’m tired of having to go back to game twice after every move.
Was getting so frustrated with the ads on WWF ! I play it on ipad and the ads are incredibly intrusive, considering it is supposed to be an intelligent type of game. While playing music through my ipad ( for my business) and I get the biggest shock when an ad with loud music suddenly overtakes the music! Impossible to turn it off as music starts BEFORE the x appears. The ad I have the most problem with is the new Renault ad ( European zone) . Stop the madness please!!!
Try muting the phone. There’s likely a setting to mute media only…not the notifications/ringtones/alarms.
Holy shit, yes. I would have hoped that would be against the terms of the Play Store, or even simply hard-coded in the OS itself to make that type of thing impossible.
Yeah, I think a lot of WWF’s calls have been questionable as of late.

Because the only definition of the word that isn’t capitalized is offensive. WWF tries to be ‘clean’ and PC.
But it allows ABO, because I guess zynga doesn’t know about it.
And it allows ZEN, which should be capitalized.
I know I’m being an annoying geek in this post, but WWF bugs the SHIT (which it finds unacceptable) outta me.
I know I’ll probably be shat on for this, but here’s what I use. Don’t know how well it works with Zynga apps, but works fine everywhere else.
I don’t use devices without it.

I prefer Lexulous. Free for android. I think for iPhone it’s $1.99. It just seems to have a better mix of letters. I don’t end up with IIIIIOE so much.
I’ve been dealing with this problem of WWF ads overriding the mute switch on my phone for some time. BTW, it happened with an Android and an iPhone. Last week, I was showing a YouTube video to a friend on my iPhone and the same thing happened with the ad that preceded the ad. I switch to MUTE, but the ad kept blaring.
I’ve filed a complaint with the FCC because it is an invasion of privacy for any advertiser to override the settings on my phone. These ads are loud and obnoxious!
I’ve solved the problem, sort of, by quickly getting out of the program.When I get back in, no ad.
I now use Adaway. It requires root, but it does get rid of all ads on everything except YouTube, where I had to install YouTube Adaway.
I refuse to let any device I own run ads by default. And exactly one program has balked because it couldn’t play ads.
